Welcome to IDmission. This Site is operated and owned by IDmission, LLC.

I. Acceptance Of Terms

This page contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our Site (“Terms of Use”). If you wish to use the Site including its tools and services please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing this Site or using any part of the Site or any content or services hereof, you agree to become bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions as set out in these Terms of Use, then you may not access the Site or use the content or any services in the Site. In addition, when you use any feature or service of this Site, you may be subject to specific terms applicable to such features or service. If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with such additional terms, the Terms of Use will prevail.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the IDmission Services, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

II. Modifications Of Terms Of Use

Amendments to this Terms of Use can be made and effected by us from time to time without specific notice to you.

III. Use Of The Site

The Site allows you the following facilities including but not limited to product information and pricing, asset and data management, human resource management and reporting. However, you are prohibited to do the following acts, (a) use our sites, including its services and or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our Site, services, or tools (b) posting of an items in inappropriate category or areas on our Site and services; (c) collecting information about user’s Information; (d) maneuvering the price of any item or interfere with other user’s listings; (f) post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content; (g) take any action that may damage the rating system; (h) act in contravention of any applicable laws.

IV. Registration Information

For you to complete the sign-up process in our Site, you must provide your legal business name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. You must only access and use this Site if you are 18 years or older. You must be responsible for keeping your password secure and be responsible for all activities and contents that are uploaded under your account.

V. Rules of Conduct

Any information provided by you or gathered by the Site or third parties during any visit to the Site shall be subject to the terms of IDmission’s Privacy Policy available at www.idmission.com/company/privacy-policy/

You agree that you will not undertake any of the following actions:

  • Post, transmit, or otherwise make available, through or in connection with the Site:
    • Anything that is or may be (i) belongs to any other person and to which you do not have right to (ii) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating; (iii) defamatory; (iv) fraudulent or tortious; (v) obscene, indecent, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, hateful, racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise objectionable; or (vi) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right without the express prior consent of the owner of such right.
    • Any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability; that promotes gambling; that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; or that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as “hacking,” “cracking,” or “phreaking.”
    • Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other computer code, file, or program that is harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment.
    • Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letter,” “pyramid scheme” or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation.
    • Any material, non-public information about a company without the proper authorization to do so.
  • Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
  • Use the Site to defame abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information about other users of the Site.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation any of our (or our affiliates) representatives; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or express or imply that we endorse any statement or posting you make.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks or deceives misleads the addressee about the origin of the message.
  • Threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of a nation, friendly relation with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
  • Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site.
  • Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services without our express prior written consent.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or access to the Site.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Site.
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express prior written consent.

  • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape,” “data mine” or in any way gather Site content.

VI. Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason. We may terminate your membership for any reason at any time. If you are using a paid version of the service and we terminate your membership in the service because you have breached these Terms of Use or any other applicable policies governing the Site (including the Privacy Policy) you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Even after your membership is terminated, or when you are not accessing or using this Site for any reason whatsoever, certain sections of these Terms of Use and other policies (including the Privacy Policy) will remain in effect and be binding on you.

VII. Non-Commercial Use By Members

Members using the social networking section of the Site are prohibited to use the services of the Site in connection with any commercial endeavors or ventures. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to this Site or not.

VIII. Links & Framing

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the services, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Sites will be investigated, and appropriate legal action may be taken. Some links, however, are welcome to the Site and you are allowed to establish hyperlink to appropriate part within the site provided that: (i) you post your link only within the forum, chat or message board section; (ii) you do not remove or obscure any advertisements, copyright notices or other notices on the placed at the Site; (iii) the link does not state or imply any sponsorship or endorsement of your Site and (iv) you immediately stop providing any links to the Site on written notice from us.

IX. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold IDmission and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the IDmission Services, your use of the IDmission Services, your connection to the IDmission Services, your violation of the TOU, or your violation of any rights of another.

X. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the services or any products sold through the Site (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. We may change, restrict access to, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at anytime. The information, content and services on the site are provided on an “as is” basis. When you use the Site and or participate therein, you understand and agree that you participate at your own risk.

XI. Intellectual Property Rights

The information and materials made available through the Site are and shall remain the property of IDmission and its licensors and suppliers, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you may view one (1) copy of any content on the Site. Except as expressly authorized in advance by us in writing, you agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based (whether in whole or in part) on, all or any part of the Site.

IDmission owns all trademarks and service marks, and any associated logos of IDmission. All trademarks and service marks on the Site not owned by us are the property of their respective owners.

XII. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us and or from our clients, advertisers, suppliers and forum members. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of IDmission. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, disclose, transfer, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.

XIII. Liability

IDmission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind in connection with the Site, under any contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or other theory, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss or interruption of business, loss of use, loss of data, even if advised in advance of such damages or losses. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site. The maximum liability of IDmission for all damages, losses and causes of action shall be the total amount, if any, paid by you to us to access and use the site.

XIV. Non-Assignment Of Rights

Your rights of whatever nature cannot be assigned nor transferred to anybody, and any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to us. However, we may assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice.

XV. Links & Proprietary Rights

The IDmission Services may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that IDmission is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials.

You acknowledge and agree that the IDmission Services and any necessary software used in connection with the IDmission Services (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential information. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in advertisements or information presented to you is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

XVI. Information Or Complaints

XVII. Waiver

Failure of IDmission to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that the we may have, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

XVIII. Severability Of Terms

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

XIX. Entire Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. The Agreement with the Privacy Policy describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you.

XX. Choice Of Law; Jurisdiction; Forum

Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India.
